The Company has assigned the Administration Section to be the exclusive unit that takes care of revising, enforcing, and explaining the operating procedure for ethical corporate management and the behavioral guide and the consultation service and registering and archiving reported details, among other processes and supervising their implementation and reporting to the Board of Directors any unethical behavior, the management, and subsequent improvement measures.
The Administration Section reported the 2022-year execution situation to the company's board of directors on December 28, 2022.

Reporting of Illegal (including Corrupt) and Unethical Behavior by Internal and External Stakeholders

The company encourages both internal and external stakeholders to report any unethical or improper behavior. If there is a case of false reporting or malicious accusation by an internal stakeholder, disciplinary action will be taken, and serious cases may lead to dismissal.
The company has established and published an internal independent reporting mailbox and hotline on the company's website and intranet for use by both internal and external stakeholders. The whistleblower should provide at least the following information:
1.Whistleblower's name, ID number (anonymous reporting is also accepted), address, telephone number, and email for contact.
2.Identification information of the reported individual, such as name or other identifying details.
3.Specific evidence available for investigation.
The personnel responsible for handling reported matters should make a written commitment to maintain confidentiality regarding the identity of the whistleblower and the content of the report. The company promises to protect the whistleblower from any improper treatment resulting from the reporting of the matter.
The dedicated unit within the company processes reported matters as follows:

Reported matters involving regular employees should be reported to department managers. Reported matters involving directors or senior executives should be reported to independent directors or the audit committee.

The dedicated unit and the supervisors or personnel informed in the previous item should promptly investigate the relevant facts. When necessary, assistance from regulatory compliance or other relevant departments may be sought.

If it is confirmed that the reported individual has violated relevant laws or the company's ethical operation policies and regulations, immediate action should be taken to stop the relevant behavior and take appropriate measures. If necessary, the matter should be reported to regulatory authorities, referred to judicial authorities for investigation, or pursued through legal proceedings for damages to protect the company's reputation and rights.

The acceptance and investigation processes, as well as the investigation results, should be documented in writing and kept for five years. The documents may be stored electronically. Before the retention period expires, in the event of litigation related to the reported content, the relevant information should continue to be preserved until the litigation is concluded.

If the reported matter is verified to be true, the relevant unit should review the related internal control system and operational procedures and propose improvement measures to prevent the recurrence of the same behavior.

The dedicated unit should report the reported matters, their handling process, and subsequent improvement measures to the board of directors.
